Fort McMurray Regional Oil Sands Modeling Study

AquaResource works with the mining industry to support a Fort McMurray Oil Sands Project. AquaResource is working with a large mining company to develop a regional geologic and hydrogeologic conceptual model of the Fort McMurray Oil Sands area. The project also includes the development of a regional scale MODFLOW groundwater flow model to help examine the current and future water availability under various bitumen extraction scenarios.
